A forty-five year old man was severely injured when he was struck by an automobile while crossing Rosecrans Street in Point Loma. The driver fled the scene The man was taken to a nearby hospital for multiple leg fractures.
The house in which I grew up is on Rosecrans Street and all residents of Point Loma know the street’s dangers. A video camera from a nearby business caught the accident revealing the car to be a black Volkswagon.
